Online GROWTH program

Service Description

What is this program about? We have designed an online development experience for leaders that want to learn how to be able to reach their goals and solve the complex problems we face during these extremely challenging times. We have learned that you can't solve problems with the same thinking we used when we created them. A different approach, a change in mindset is needed. This change in mindset and a practical approach for dealing with the current crisis will be the focus of our two day GROWTH program.     For whom? This program is for leaders. All members of executive teams, management teams and intrapreneurs within organizations that aim to help their organizations to come out on top when this current extreme situation has passed and are willing to invest in their selves in these exceptional times.  What should you expect? A two day, high energy, intense and personal learning experience from the comfort and safety of your home (completely virtual) Being challenged, intellectually, intuitively and morally to handle the current situation. Being accountable for a shared learning experience.  What should you know, practically?  The regular investment is 1.750 euro per person. But these are no regular time. Due to the extremity of the situation and our personal mission to help organizations to solve complex problems we are working with a ‘’you pay what you think is responsible for yourself and your organization’’ policy. No questions asked, you determine the amount that goes on the invoice, any amount. The main language during our program is Dutch unless we host international guests than we will switch to English
