​Daan spent 20 years in customer and employee experience (CX and EX) and organizational development in various organizations and as an entrepreneur. He was often involved from an ambitious change objective in a complex environment.

"Throughout my career, I have always focused on the development of organizations with an eye on improving customer and employee experiences. I love investigating complex issues, simplifying them, and solving them.

By nature, I am enthusiastic and have a high level of energy. I see opportunities for development everywhere and strongly believe in creating a growth culture. In my free time, I read everything I can because I want to better understand my field. This often leads to me buying more books than I can ever read, constantly reminding me of all I still want to learn.

I am a systemic thinker and see patterns where others often do not. Being able to connect the dots helps me quickly understand the dynamics surrounding a problem and solve it together with clients.

I have worked with specialists in customer and employee experience (CX and EX), HR teams, and management teams. I have been involved in various (digital) transformation processes. I have coached and advised leaders in different sectors. This has led me to start Due North, where I aim to enhance organizations' ability to solve complex issues, both now and in the future.
